This Privacy Policy describes how the application Genesis Media Bot (App ID 1405217207563751), operated by Genesis Media (sole proprietorship registered in Spain, owned and operated by Javier Mañas), collects, uses and protects data accessed through Meta Platforms APIs (Facebook, Instagram and Marketing API).
Genesis Media is an independent digital marketing agency based in Spain, operating under sole proprietor (autónomo) tax regime. We provide marketing services to a portfolio of professional clients (online experts and infoproducers) through formal service agreements.

This policy applies exclusively to the Genesis Media Bot Meta App, an internal operations tool used by Genesis Media employees to automate ad management workflows in the ad accounts of our managed clients.
The app is server-side only. It has no public-facing user interface, does not authenticate end users, and is not distributed to third parties.
Genesis Media Bot accesses the following types of data via Meta Platforms APIs, exclusively from ad accounts, Facebook Pages and Instagram Business Accounts where the asset owner has explicitly granted Partner Access to Genesis Media's Business Manager:

We do not use Meta data for advertising targeting outside of our clients' ad accounts. We do not sell, lease or share Meta-derived data with third parties. We do not use Meta data to train machine learning models.
Operational data is stored on private servers under our exclusive control (Spain and Germany — Hetzner VPS). Storage is encrypted at rest. Access is restricted to Genesis Media employees authenticated via SSH keys.
Customer file uploads are not retained: they are hashed in-memory, transmitted to Meta and immediately discarded. We do not maintain a copy.
Aggregated metrics may be retained for up to 24 months for client reporting purposes, after which they are automatically deleted.
We do not share Meta-derived data with any third party. Data flows are strictly:

As Genesis Media is established in Spain (European Union), our processing of personal data is subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation EU 2016/679, "GDPR") and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection (LOPDGDD).

To request deletion of any personal data that may have been processed by Genesis Media Bot, send an email to adlermarketiing@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request - Genesis Media Bot". Include the following information:
We will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 30 calendar days, in compliance with GDPR Art. 17 (Right to erasure).
